2009 Tango


Tannat (55%) and Tempranillo (45%). Deep garnet color accents this wine with cherry chocolate and hints of fine tobacco on the nose followed by a rich, dark cherry and plum mouth-filling experience. Full bodied, silky tannins, and a long finish round out this elegant blend.

2009 Trinity

Smoky cherry aromas with a hint of sarsaparilla enhance the crisp taste followed by soft tannins and a long lingering finish with a touch of vanilla. Enjoy this tasty blend of Shiraz (46%), Mourvedre (28%), and Grenache (26%) from the Rhone region of France with a wide variety of foods.

2008 Shasta Ensemble

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (38%), Petite Verdot (32%), and Merlot (30%) entices your nose with black plum aromas and a hint of caramel and pepper. The mouth-filling flavors of black currant and plum, with a suggestion of cardamom, lead to soft tannins which envelope the palate to round out this flavorful and full-bodied wine.

Shasta Claret

A full-bodied, dry red table wine blended from premium varietal grapes including Zinfandel, Merlot, Ruby Cabernet, Petite Sirah, and Shiraz. This wine has aged 1 to 3 years in French and American Oak barrels. To achieve the full flavor and character of the grapes, we minimize the handling and filtering.

2009 Stellar Red

Our 2009 Stellar Red is a blend of Sangiovese, Barbera, and Zinfandel grapes. Made in a lighter style, the limited fermentation on the skins resulted in a soft, yet moderately rich, wine with blackberry, raspberry, and pomegranate aromas. The finish is crisp with spicy currant notes.
