August Recipe, Part 2 - Hawaiian Coleslaw

2 bags of coleslaw cabbage (the kind with carrot bits)
August Recipe - Stillwater Port Flank Steak
August is a fabulous time to get outdoors and grill. Stillwater Port Flank Steak is a surefire summer hit.
1 Lg (One Gallon) Ziplock Bag 1 Flank Steak (1 to 1.5 lbs.) 1/2 Tablespoon of Chopped Fresh Ginger 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce 1/2 Cup Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 Cup Matson Stillwater Port Pour soy sauce, Stillwater Port, and ginger into Ziplock bag. After mixing ingredients thoroughly, add the flank steak and seal. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 4 to 7 days. Grill as desired. Thin slice in 1/2 inch strips. Serve with your favorite side dish and a glass of Shasta Ensemble.
