Roger holds a B.S. in fermentation science from University of California at Davis and has worked for various wineries mainly in the Mendocino area. If you visit Matson Vineyards, you will see and feel his passion for making unique and high quality wines. He is also a nutritionist and includes a glass of wine as part of his healthful lifestyle.

Lynette Shaw - Sales and Marketing Manager

A native of Shasta County and sincere wine enthusiast, she brings over a decade of event planning and sales experience to the winery. Adept at large events and knowledgable in the art of winemaking, Lynette assures that Matson's growth continues to be right on course.

Victoria Winland - Assistant Tasting Room Manager

When she's not welcoming visitors in the tasting room, Victoria is a revenue analyst at Win River Casino. Victoria shares Matson's emphasis on the importance of family.
