A deep garnet color and smoky vanilla nose lead to a rich, black cherry, mouth-filling experience. Full bodied, silky tannins, and a long finish round out this elegant blend.

		2006 SHASTA GLACIER
		Shasta Glacier is a light and fruity white wine that has been fermented totally dry. This wine is a blend of several varietal grapes including Columbard, Chenin Blanc, Muscat and Semillon with a minimum of handling and filtering. Price: $6.00 plus tax [top]

		Our Chardonnay exhibits striking aromas of lemon, lychee, honey, apple and pear with subtle suggestions of oak. 2006 CHARDONNAY/VIOGNIER

Matson Vineyards's Chardonnay/Viognier is a unique and tasty blend exhibiting pineapple and lemon aromas integrated with subtle creamy and buttery characters provided by a partial malolactic barrel fermentation. The taste is crisp for a delightful combination with meals due to its long finish.

2006 STELLAR RED

Stellar Red is a delicate, fruity, dry table wine selected primarily from Merlot, Zinfandel, Barbera, Grenache and Valdiguie varietals. It has aged several months in wood and has been bottled young to preserve the freshness and bouquet. The butterfly logo and name are creations of Stella Matson, who did not see the 1992 harvest completed.

SHASTA CLARET

Shasta Claret is a full-bodied, dry red table wine blended from premium varietal grapes including Zinfandel, Merlot, Ruby Cabernet, Petite Sirah and Shiraz. This wine is aged one to three years in French and American Oak barrels. To achieve the full flavor and character of the grapes, we minimize handling and filtering.

NEW! 2006 SHASTA TRINITY

Loaded with berry and plum aromas, the 2006 Shasta Trinity is a blend of three grape varieties (hence the name, "Trinity"): Shiraz (53%), Mourvedre (37%), and Grenache (10%). It is full-bodied and very smooth. It can be enjoyed with a large variety of foods.

2005 SHASTA ENSEMBLE

Deliciously mouth-filling with a long gentle finish, Matson Vineyard's Shasta Ensenble is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon 52%, Merlot 35%, and Petite Verdot 13%. This unique blend of classic Bordeaux varieties offers intense black currant and cherry aromas along with toasty oak notes.

Matson Vineyard's Zinfandel exhibits an elegant synthesis of berry and plum fruit, complimented with spicy and peppery aromas. It is medium-bodied with a clean and flavorful finish.

Stillwater Port takes its name from a small stream near the vineyard. Our port is a unique blend consisting mostly of grapes of the Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Mourvedre, Barbera, Refosco, and Royalty varietals.
